The sun was warm on my back as I raced towards the golden color car. As I nestled into the worn leather seat. I was greeted by the friendly voice of my friend Susan. The look on her face of the confidence and contentment for our journey into mother nature's heart! With a speed, the car started to advance down the road and I was to discover one of the magnificent beaches of India!
We were frenzied that we will explore mesmerizing beaches along with the greenery and awe- inspiring sandy beaches the cooling waves too. I imagined the aqua blue cool oceans blowing with a silent breeze. Moreover, the sketch of coconut trees will be swaying like dancers. It will be a perfect day ! Finally ! We reached Karnataka's beach !
Stepping out of the car the cool wind welcomed us. The Gokarna beach was amazing, It was more than what we dreamed. Yet, shimmering sun glistened over the ochre yellow soft sandy carpet of the beach. The waves were crashing not only against the beach, but also the rocks. Stepping onto the soft supple sand, I ambled towards the water washing. Along the beach laughing and giggling. This was the most memorable time of being in nature in India. I would never forget this journey and to my self I felt, "I am fortunate to be an Indian". I love my country, It;s my pride."
