“Water” , “Water”, “Water”! is the cry we hear everywhere nowadays . People running from place to place even animals and birds too for just a drop of it. Just a glimpse of it would satisfy the eyes which would quench their thirst. But why suddenly now Water has become important and centre of attention for everyone around the world even on social media a most talked about discussion.

Our earth is covered by 71% of water but only a less percentage of it is fresh water which is being and consumed by millions all over the world. Such was the condition when the earth was created at first but now the situation has become worse or even to say depressing that even the tiniest creature in this world is going without water. For this who should we blame - the creation, animals or humans? With no doubt it is definitely us - the humans. Our negligence , irresponsible nature on not understanding the worth of a drop of water has led to its depletion. If only the conservation and preservation was acted upon earlier, we need not be fighting or paying for something that was once available to us from nature free of cost.
If still this crisis persists, then undoubtedly the human race gradually can get wiped out from the earth. As how oxygen is important for living so does water hold the same.
Let’s join hands to find ways to protect the Gift before it becomes a Curse on us.
